These terms govern your use of the HeyCents app and this website, provided by [company name pending]. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

HeyCents is a personal finance app for logging and organizing your expenses, income, debts and savings. It isn’t a bank, it doesn’t move money and it doesn’t connect to your bank accounts.

The information in the app and the assistant’s answers are for guidance only and are not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.

You’re responsible for the account you sign in with and the information you enter. If you share a wallet, the other person can see and log transactions in it.

The assistant uses an artificial intelligence model and can get an amount, category or date wrong. Check the transactions it logs and correct them when needed.

• HeyCents Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks the AI assistant. Without Pro, the app includes a few free assistant uses.
• New accounts may get a free trial. When it ends, the subscription is charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand, according to each store’s rules.
• Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play using your store account. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel the subscription: you need to cancel it in the store.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s policies.
• If we change the price, we’ll let you know in advance through the store.

Don’t use HeyCents for illegal activities, to try to access other people’s data, or to disrupt the service.

The app, its design, code and trademarks belong to [company name pending]. The data you enter is yours.

We do our best to keep HeyCents running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it at all times. We’re not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information in the app.

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Nothing here limits your rights under the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
